BATTERS CHOICE IS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED

About five years ago our son Tom was
supposed to have a baseball practice on a Friday night. My wife Shiela called me from her cell phone to explain that our son
was refusing to get out of the car and go to practice because he felt that he was "not good enough". The coach tried, and
then I tried, to talk him into practicing, but we were not successful. Finally I suggested that I take him down to the batting
cage so he could get some swings in and build up his confidence. He agreed and off we went, to Batters Choice. When we walked
through the door the lady at the counter asked if I wanted to buy the place. I was always a big fan baseball fan and always
wanted to try my hand at a small business. The rest is history. And my son is now a pretty good hitter.
